NicolesKitchenLA – Hillstone Restaurant Favorites Cooking Demo Class

NicolesKitchenLA is thrilled to offer a special Restaurant Favorites cooking demo class on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 from 6–9 PM, hosted inside Nicole’s Beverly Hills studio kitchen.

In this class, Nicole will teach her elevated take on Hillstone Restaurant–inspired classics, along with simple, efficient techniques so you can recreate these beloved dishes at home. Perfect for anyone who loves bold flavors, approachable cooking, and restaurant-style presentation.

This event is limited to just 20 seats.

1.BBQ Honey Mustard Glazed Beef Ribs
served with whipped mashed potatoes

2.Honor Bar–Style Kale & Cabbage Peanut Slaw

3.South Beverly Grill Artichoke Spinach Soufflé
served with house tortilla chips, salsa, and sour cream

4.Gulf Stream–Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich
cabbage slaw, pickled onions, dill pickle, brioche bun

5. Pink Sauce Fusilli with Green Peas

Event Details

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. The exact address will be emailed the day before class.

2. Street parking is available.

3. Please arrive at 6:00 PM for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. No exceptions.

4. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol—we will chill it for you.

5. The class ends at 7:30 PM. Dinner will be served afterward until 9:00 PM.

6. Appetizers are dairy and vegetarian.

7. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies prior to signing up. We will do our best to accommodate.

8. NicolesKitchenLA uses seasonal ingredients; menu items are subject to change.

9. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable under any circumstance.

10. Meat and chicken used are Glatt Kosher, but dairy will be served at the same time. We are a Kosher-style kitchen.
