Nicole is so excited to offer “Persian Stews 101: Cooking Demonstration” at NicolesKitchenLA in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Nicole will be teaching delicious Iranian dinner recipes along with fundamental techniques of Persian cooking, history, and culture, all followed by a family-style dinner—so come hungry!

Menu:

1. Traditional Saffron Basmati Rice and Tahdig

2. Khoresht Ghormeh Sabzi with Slow Cooked Beef (Green Herb Stew with Slow Cooked Beef)

3. Khoresht Fesenjoon with Slow Roasted Saffron Chicken (Walnut and Pomegranate Stew)

4. Khoresht Lapeh Bademjoon with Beef (Red Tomato Stew with Yellow Split Peas and Beef)

5. Khoresht Karafs (Celery and Herb Stew with Slow Cooked Beef Shoulder)

6. Nicole’s Persian-Style Herb and Persian Cucumber Salad with Pickled Red Onions

Please Note:

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. The address will be sent to your email the day before class.

2. Parking is available on the street.

3. Please arrive at 6:00 PM for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 PM—no exceptions.

4. Everyone will receive a menu packet.

5. The class will end at 7:30 PM. Dinner will be served from 7:30–9:00 PM.

6. NicolesKitchenLA offers a complimentary tea/coffee/beverage station with cookies.

7. Meat and chicken are always Glatt Kosher. We are a Kosher-style kitchen: dairy and meat products are present on the same table; however, no dairy is cooked with meat unless stated.

8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies prior to signing up; we will try our best to accommodate you.

9. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstances. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

10. If you are 21+, you are welcome to bring alcohol of your choice, and we can chill it for you.
