Start the year feeling energized, organized, and nourished with Nicole’s signature NEW YEAR — NEW ME cooking class! This empowering evening is designed to help you reset your routine with high-protein, vegetable- and fruit-packed meals that support wellness, weight balance, and a vibrant lifestyle.

Nicole will guide you through preparing 5 complete meals + 1 high-protein dessert, all created to be colorful, nutrient-dense, and perfect for weekly meal prep. Learn how to build meals that fuel your body, boost energy, and make healthy eating exciting—not restrictive.

This 1-hour cooking demonstration includes 12–14 total recipe components, including proteins, vegetables, sauces, dressings, sides, and dessert.

    with antioxidant-rich pomegranate slaw

CLASS SCHEDULE

  • 6:00 PM – Arrival & appetizers

  • 6:30 PM – Cooking demonstration begins (prompt start — no exceptions)

  • 8:00 PM – Demonstration concludes

  • 8:00–9:00 PM – Dinner service

  1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills; address emailed the day before class.

  2. Street parking is available.

  3. Please arrive at 6 PM for appetizers; demonstration begins at 6:30 PM sharp.

  4. Menu packets provided for all guests.

  5. Dinner is served from 8–9 PM.

  6. All meat and chicken are Glatt Kosher. NicolesKitchenLA is a Kosher-style kitchen with dairy and meat present on the same table but never cooked together.

  7. Please disclose any dietary restrictions or allergies before signing up.

  8. Ticket Policy: No refunds or transfers under any circumstance.

  9. Guests 21+ may bring their own alcohol; we are happy to chill it for you.

  10. This is a cooking class. All food must be enjoyed in class—no take-home portions permitted.
