Nicole is so excited to offer “Mastering the Art of Persian Rice + Tahdig”
Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at NicolesKitchenLA in Beverly Hills from 6:00–9:00 PM.

Nicole will be teaching all the secrets, tricks, and step-by-step techniques to perfecting authentic Iranian rice and Tahdig. These are traditional, homemade recipes not typically found in Persian restaurants. Nicole has created a simplified system — from organizing your grocery shopping list to mastering a variety of Iranian rice dishes with unique flavors.

And yes… Tahdig overload is guaranteed!

1.Traditional Iranian Tahchin
Layered saffron rice cake with roasted eggplant and crispy fried onions

2. Grandma’s Polo Gojeh
Saffron tomato rice served with caramelized saffron chicken

3.Javaher (Morasa) Polo
Persian jeweled rice with candied oranges, barberries, raisin medley, pistachios, and saffron mini meatballs

4.Baghali Sabzi Polo with Trout Tahdig
Herbed dill and lima bean rice with crispy trout tahdig

5. Persian Caesar Salad
with garlic sumac dressing and Barbari croutons and feta with pickled red onions

A Note From Nicole

NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. The address will be emailed to you the day before class. 24 hours before the time of class. Names/Email and ID will be checked at the door upon arrival.

Street parking is available.

Please arrive at 6:00 PM for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 PM — no exceptions.

Everyone will receive a printed menu packet.

The cooking class will conclude at 8:00 PM. Dinner will be served from 8:00–9:00 PM.

A complimentary tea, coffee, and beverage station with cookies will be available.

All meat and chicken are Glatt Kosher. This is a kosher-style kitchen; dairy and meat products may be present on the same table.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies prior to signing up. We will do our best to accommodate.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable under any circumstance.

Guests 21+ are welcome to bring their own alcohol; we are happy to chill it for you.

This is a cooking class experience. All food must be enjoyed in class — no food may be taken home.
