Nicole is so excited to present a very special evening: Lilli Ghalichi’s Persian Favorites, an ode to Lilli’s roots, crafted with a modern culinary twist by Chef Nicole Dayani. Nicole will be sharing family recipes passed down for generations, elevated with her signature approach that makes Persian cuisine approachable yet luxurious.

Menu

  1. Saffron Butterflied Chicken with barberry sauce reduction

  2. Lavashak Braised Beef Shoulder finished with crispy leeks

  3. Polo Gojeh Tahchin – saffron tomato rice with roasted eggplant in the middle

  4. Reshte Polo with fried onions, garlic, and French fry tahdig

  5. Noon Paneer Salad – tomato carpaccio topped with a refreshing herb and cucumber walnut salad and crispy lavash crisps

A Note From Nicole:

  1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Address will be sent to your email the day before class.

  2. Parking is available on the street.

  3. Please arrive at 6 pm for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. No exceptions.

  4. Everyone will receive a menu packet.

  5. The class will end at 8 pm. Dinner will be served from 8–9 pm.

  6. NicolesKitchenLA offers a complimentary tea/coffee/beverage station with cookies.

  7. Meat and chicken is always Glatt Kosher. We are a Kosher-style kitchen; dairy and meat products may be present on the same table.

  8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/food allergies prior to signing up for the class; we will try our best to accommodate you.

  9. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please advise.

  10. If you are 21+, you are welcome to bring alcohol of your choice and we can chill it for you!

  11. Please note this is a cooking class. All food served must be enjoyed in class; no food may be taken home beyond the point of our kitchen.
