Join us at NicolesKitchenLA in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, May 6th , 2026 from (6-9pm) for our Annual Mothers Day Cooking Demonstration celebrating Mothers Day! Nicole will be teaching a Persian Fusion menu introducing flavors she grew up with, with a modern twist.

The ticket price ($320) includes TWO TICKETS. Mothers will be gifted a NicolesKitchenLA a Jar of our (16oz Original Torshi Makhlut) and daughters/sons will be gifted NicolesKitchenLA “ Mamans Cure” ginger saffron tea jam. Menu:

1. Roasted Salmon with a fresh sour cherry herb tabouli salad ontop

2. Little Gem, herbs, and green spring salad with spiced nut crumbs + chive dressing

3. Juicy Saffron Quince + Lemon chicken with crispy leeks

4. Saffron Potato Layonaise finished with beef shoulder and slow roasted tomato’s

5. Sangak Tahdig with a butternut squash and carrot rice + crispy onions

6. Baklava Bread pudding served with Lebene + Honey Comb

A note from Nicole:

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Address will be sent to your email the day before class.

2. Please arrive at 6pm for a Mediterranean style appetizers by NicolesKitchenLA

3. Demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30pm until 7:30 pm. Dinner will be served from 7:30-8:30 pm.

4. Parking is available on the street.

5. Meat and Chicken is Glatt kosher. We will have dairy served on the table, but served on the side. If you have any Kashrut or Food Allergy related questions, please inquire prior to registration!

6. If you have any food allergies please notify us prior to signing up for the class and we will try our best to accommodate you.

7. Complimentary Tea/coffee , fruit and cook station

8. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable under any circumstance!
