Nicole’sKitchenLA warmly invites you to an intimate Persian Jewish Shabbat Dinner Class, led by Chef Nicole Dayani. Inspired by her family roots and the rich culinary traditions of Persian Jews, Nicole will teach you how to prepare a Shabbat table filled with soulful, celebratory dishes.
Through this chef-led demonstration, you’ll learn techniques, traditions, and flavors that have been passed down through generations — all made approachable, vibrant, and full of heart. Whether you grew up with these dishes or are discovering them for the first time, this special evening is designed to nourish, connect, and celebrate.

Persian Jewish Abgoosht & Gondi
A comforting chickpea and meat stew with fluffy chickpea meatballs — served in the traditional two-part style.Albalo Polo (Sour Cherry Rice)

Location: Nicole’sKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. The exact address will be emailed the day before class.
Parking: Street parking is available nearby.
Arrival: Please arrive at 6:00 PM for welcome bites. The cooking demo will begin promptly at 6:30 PM — no late entry permitted.
Printed Menus: Each guest will receive a recipe packet with all dishes from the evening.
Dinner Service: Demo ends at 8:00 PM. Full plated dinner served from 8:00–9:00 PM.
Complimentary Beverage Station: Enjoy tea, coffee, and cookies throughout the evening.
Kosher-Style Kitchen: All meat and poultry are Glatt Kosher. Dairy is served separately. Nicole’sKitchenLA operates as a Kosher-style kitchen.
Allergies & Restrictions: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary needs before booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
BYOB Welcome: Guests 21+ are welcome to bring wine, spirits, or hard alcohol — we’ll chill and serve it for you.
On-Site Dining Only: All food must be enjoyed during class. We kindly ask that no food be taken home.
