This immersive and interactive cooking show will walk you through a modern take on beloved Iranian classics. Watch Nicole prepare each dish while sharing stories, cultural insights, and foundational Persian cooking techniques — then enjoy everything in a family-style feast to close the night! Limited to 25 seats

1. Nicole's Kabob Smashed Sumac Burger with crispy Piyaz Dagh (fried onions)

2. Saffron Tomato Rice with crispy Lavash Tahdig

3. Juicy Saffron Chicken with a tangy Barberry Reduction and Toasted Almonds

4. Persian Panzanella Salad with Barbari Croutons, fresh herbs, and toasted walnuts

5. Party-Size Saffron Tahdig served with Nicole’s Famous Ghormehsabzi finished with bone marrow

📌 Event Details & What to Expect

• 📍 Location: NicolesKitchenLA, Beverly Hills (exact address will be emailed 24 hours before class)

• 🚗 Street parking is available

• 🕕 6:00 PM – Arrival & appetizers

• 🍳 6:30 PM Sharp – Cooking demonstration begins (no late entries, please!)

• 🍽 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM – Family-style dinner featuring all the dishes demonstrated

• 📖 A menu packet will be provided to each guest

• ☕ Enjoy our complimentary tea, coffee, and beverage station with cookies

• 🥩 Glatt Kosher meat & chicken used; kitchen is Kosher-style (meat & dairy may appear on the same table, but are not cooked together unless stated)

• ⚠️ Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies — we’ll do our best to accommodate

• 🍷 BYOB: Guests 21+ are welcome to bring alcohol — we’ll chill it for you
