You’re Invited to a Special Evening with Nicole & Sayeh Soltani at NicolesKitchenLA!

Join Nicole for a one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration with the incredible Sayeh Soltani at NicolesKitchenLA in Beverly Hills on Friday , June 13th, 2025 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Nicole will be teaching Sayeh's favorite Iranian dishes, diving into the fundamental techniques of Persian cooking, along with insights into Iranian history, culture, and flavor traditions. We'll end the night with a family-style dinner — so come hungry and ready to learn! Limited to 25 seats!

We have partnered with LavashakLovers for this special class, all students will be leaving with a box of Lavashak Favorites!

A Mehmooni Menu with Nicole and Sayeh Soltani :

1. Nicole's Persian Macaroni with Sayeh’s Special Lasagna Tahdig

2. Saffron Chicken with crispy onions served with Sayeh’s famous saffron sumac yogurt sauce

3. Fesenjoon with Sayeh’s favorite Lavashak, saffron rice & tahdig

4. Saffron Tahchin with roasted eggplant & onions, topped with Sayeh’s favorite garnishes dedicated to Sayeh’s late mom!

5. Noon Paneer Salad – A fresh, elegant take on the traditional Iranian herb and cheese platter

• 6:00 PM – Arrive for appetizers

• 6:30 PM Sharp – Cooking demo begins

• 7:30–9:00 PM – Family-style dinner

• A menu packet will be provided for all guests

• Enjoy our complimentary tea, coffee, beverage station & cookies

• Glatt Kosher meat & chicken always used. Kosher-style kitchen.
