Join Chef Nicole Dayani, founder of Nicole’sKitchenLA, for an intimate live demonstration celebrating the rich flavors and warmth of Italian cuisine. Nicole will guide guests through a fall-inspired menu featuring rustic, comforting dishes reimagined with her signature modern touch.

Enjoy this immersive evening from your seat as Nicole prepares each course before you — sharing culinary techniques, personal stories, and chef’s secrets designed to elevate your own home cooking.

🍽️ Demonstration Menu: Fall in Italy

1.Juicy Roasted Chicken with Tomato Jam
Oven-roasted to perfection and paired with a sweet-savory tomato jam and fresh herbs.

2.Braised Short Rib Tagliatelle with mushrooms
Tender short rib in a red wine reduction over hand-cut tagliatelle.

3.Crispy Eggplant Parmigiana
A refined, playful interpretation of the Italian favorite.

4.Tuscan Kale Salad
With parmesan crisps and roasted garlic dressing and roasted artichokes .

5.Warm Spiced Fig & Walnut Cake
A cozy, fragrant fall dessert served with mascarpone cream.

📌 Event Details

Location: Nicole’sKitchenLA (Beverly Hills – address will be emailed the day before class)

Arrival: Doors open at 6:00 PM for appetizers.
Demonstration begins promptly at 6:30 PM — no late entry, please.

Parking: Ample street parking available.
Beverages: BYOB — we’ll happily chill it for you!

Dinner Service:
The demonstration concludes at 7:30 PM, followed by a full dinner service until 9:00 PM.

📝 Important Notes from Nicole

• Appetizers served upon arrival are vegetarian and dairy-based.

• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• All ingredients are seasonal and subject to change based on market availability.

• All meat and poultry are Glatt Kosher. Dairy is served — this is a Kosher-style kitchen.

• Guests will receive a printed recipe packet featuring all menu items from the evening.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• This is a demonstration-only event — guests will enjoy watching Nicole cook and then dine on the full curated menu.
