Join us here at NicolesKitchenLA on Tuesday , March 10th 2026 from (6-9pm) for our annual Nowruz inspired cooking demonstration! Nicole will be teaching an Authentic Iranian Nowruz Dinner Menu that is fun, delicious, and fitting to impress your friends, family, and loved ones for the holidays and all year round! These recipes are traditional homemade recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation and are not found in Persian restaurants. Nicole has created a simplified system from organizing your grocery shopping list, to preparing and cooking this delicious and colorful Persian feast!

Please note: All registrants will be gifted “ Make Iran Great Again” T-shirts valued at $30.

Menu:

1. Iranian Kuku Sabzi (Herb and Egg Frittata) served with all the trimmings, cucumber yogurt, bread, herbs, torshi

2. Ashe e Reshte (Traditional Iranian Spring Herb Soup with noodles, beans, fried onions, and fried garlic)

3. Sabzi Polo Tahchin (Iranian Herb Rice with saffron rice cake Tahdig)

4. Saffron butter and lemon seared roasted salmon with roasted sour cherry (Albalo) sauce and toasted almonds

5. Tamarind and herb roasted butterflied chicken with sumac reduction

6. Vibrant Spring Persian Chopped Salad with fresh herbs, roasted pistachios, and pickled radish

A Note from Nicole: 

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Location will be sent to your email the day before class. 

2.Parking is available on the street.

3. Please arrive at 6 pm for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30  pm. No exceptions. 

4. You are welcome to bring alcohol of your choice, we will chill it for you!

5.The class will end at 7:30 pm. Dinner to be served after class until 9pm

7.  Appetizers are dairy and vegatarian

8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/ food allergies prior to signing up for the class, we will try our best to accommodate you. 

9. NicolesKitchenLA uses seasonal ingredients menu items are subject to change. 

10. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please advise. All food must be eaten in class. No food may be packed to go under any circumstance.

11. Meat and Chicken is Glatt Kosher, however dairy will be served at the same time. We are a Kosher Style Kitchen.
